Promotional products in Denver, from a Colorado team since 2003.

Kaspo is a promotional products and branded merchandise company in Lakewood, serving Denver and Colorado companies. We start with what you want people to feel, then source it or build it, often with Colorado makers.

Entirely Colorado

A university collection, with Denver makers in the mix.

For the University of Colorado Denver we built pieces that could only come from here: blue pine beetle kill wood keychains, custom accessories from Denver makers, and details that celebrate the state, its people and its story.

Colorado people, running a Colorado company.

Kaspo was started by Matt Kaspari, a fourth generation Coloradan and a fourth generation University of Colorado graduate. His great grandfather finished at CU in 1923; Matt earned his degrees at CU Denver ('05, MS '10). 23 years later the company is still run from Lakewood, by a small team of native Coloradans.

We live here for the same reasons everyone moves here: skiing, hunting, fishing and hiking, and a city we actually like being in. The DCPA, the Convention Center, the restaurants. Our clients now sit in 16 states, and we still answer the phone from 14th Avenue.

  • Based in Colorado since 2003.
  • Clients across the country.
  • Colorado makers in the supply chain where they fit the brief.

What do Denver companies come to us for?

Event activations. Swag and giveaways for conferences, trade shows and the events people actually remember, whether you are convening at the Colorado Convention Center, Red Rocks, Ball Arena, the DCPA, Folsom Field or any of the other great venues in our state.

Recognition and appreciation. Gifts that say thank you and mean it. For Greystar we build welcome gifts for residents who are new to Colorado, featuring great products from Colorado brands.

Custom and creative. Products that do not exist in any catalog until we make them. The CU Denver collection above is one.

Team and company gear. Inspired by the Colorado lifestyle, we create branded apparel and everyday gear made for the office, the outdoors and everywhere in between.

Proud sponsor

The MSU Denver Mug Club, with Tivoli behind it.

We sponsor the MSU Denver Mug Club and make its gear. The collection lives on campus at Tivoli, a Denver landmark since 1864.

Which Colorado makers do we work with?

When a brief calls for something local, these are the people we call.

  • Seed paper. Made in Colorado and sold nationally, by a maker that counts Kaspo as one of its preferred partners.
  • Beetle kill pine. Keychains and cutting boards from Colorado wood that would otherwise go to waste.
  • Notepads and notebooks. Made by local companies.
  • Signs and stickers. From a long time friend of Kaspo.
  • Screen printers and embroiderers. We support a number of small local shops around Denver.
  • Ties and scarves. Sewn locally by refugees, from recycled polyester.

How do we show up in the community?

We sponsor the MSU Denver Mug Club, Boo-boo Palooza and the Denver Chamber's Boots and Business, to name a few. The team sits, and has sat, on the boards of local chambers of commerce, environmental organizations, education groups and other nonprofits.

We are members of the Denver Metro and Boulder Chambers and regulars at Denver Business Journal events. And we take clients to local restaurants, because restaurants hold a community together.

Common questions

Who is a good promotional products company in Denver?

Look for three things. Real Denver clients you can check. A team that asks what the swag is for before it shows you a catalog. And straight answers on minimums and timelines. We are a Colorado company, and we would be glad to be on your list.

Can you source products made in Colorado or the USA?

Yes, often. We work with Colorado makers for seed paper, beetle kill wood, notebooks, stickers, printing and embroidery. We also work with a number of other made in USA manufacturers.

What are your minimums and typical timelines?

Minimums vary by product. 2 to 3 weeks is a typical timeline, but it can vary with the product and the scope of the project.

Do you only work with Denver companies?

No. Our clients are all over the country, from Colorado companies to national brands. We just run it all from here.
